Our clients are merchants offering services and products mainly online and willing to accept card
payments. Paynetics is a principal Member of VISA & MasterCard. We have recently launched the first
mobile payment app in Bulgaria (Phyre) and the first Android POS (Phos).
Due to our growing product portfolio, target markets and extending operations, we are looking for a
Service Desk Specialist to support our clients in card payments processing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Understand clients’ expectations and deliver respective services;
- Provide positive customer experience;
- Build and maintain strong and trustful relationships with customers;
- Answer clients’ inquires via telephone, email or chat, analyze them and validate statuses in the
back end systems;
- Solve issues directly or forward them to the appropriate department;
- Identify and report bottlenecks in processes;
- Propose improvements in the workflow;
- Provide feedback for clients’ satisfaction.
- University degree;
- Feeling comfortable working with advanced information technologies;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment;
- Good communicator;
- Eye for the detail;
- Financial/payment industry background is considered an advantage, not a must;
- Knowledge of IT and online payment systems terminology is considered an advantage;
- Very good command of English – written and spoken.
