Office manager

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and communicative Office Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office operations, procedures, and administrative systems
  • Handle communication with internal and external partners – via phone, email, and in person
  • Organize meetings, corporate events, and other internal initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate business trips and accommodation arrangements
  • Implement and monitor internal policies and office standards
  • Manage office supplies – ordering, inventory control, and stock maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to company employees when needed
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and service providers
  • Welcome office guests, partners, and clients in a professional manner

Our Requirements:

  • Proactivity – Ability to make decisions and take actions independently without needing reminders.
  • Teamwork – Effective collaboration with colleagues, creating a positive work environment, and sharing ideas.
  • Previous administrative experience – Experience in organizational and administrative tasks, as well as managing office processes.
  • Excellent computer skills – High proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet applications.
  • Responsibility in task execution – Accuracy and a serious approach to commitments and deadlines.
  • Loyalty and business ethics – Adherence to ethical standards and trust toward the company and its employees.
  • Fluent in English – Both written and spoken, for effective communication with international partners and clients.
