We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Office Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start their career in administration and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office and help ensure smooth administrative processes
- Support communication with internal and external partners via phone, email, and in person
- Help organize meetings, company events, and other internal activities
- Assist with business travel arrangements and related logistics
- Maintain office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to colleagues and management
- Welcome guests, partners, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
Our Requirements:
- Proactive attitude – willingness to learn, take initiative, and offer help when needed
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Team player – someone who enjoys working with others and contributes to a positive workplace
- Good organizational skills – attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small tasks
