We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is passionate about artificial intelligence, curious about modern technologies, and eager to learn by building real-world systems.
You will work alongside experienced engineers on AI-powered tools, internal platforms, and data-driven solutions. Prior professional experience is not mandatory — what matters most is your enthusiasm, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of AI-driven features and services
- Work with LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, and automation tools
- Assist in designing and implementing backend services
- Experiment with new AI frameworks, models, and workflows
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts
- Continuously learn and apply modern engineering practices
Requirements & Skillset:
- Strong interest in AI and automation
- Basic programming knowledge in any backend or scripting language
- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
- Analytical thinking and curiosity to understand how things work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable reading technical documentation and learning from examples
Nice to Have (Advantages, Not Requirements):
- Experience with Go (Golang) or PHP
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, REST, or microservices
- Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, or CI/CD
- Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or hackathon experience
- Interest in fintech, data platforms, or distributed systems
