We are expanding and we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of Reporting Expert. This is a senior role, requiring not only technical reporting expertise but also the ability to engage with regulators, anticipate regulatory developments, and ensure that our reporting processes are robust, automated, and future proof.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Regulatory Reporting – Prepare and submit all required regulatory reports with accuracy and timeliness across multiple jurisdictions.
- New Reporting Development – Lead the creation of new reports when required (including for new products or features), ensuring seamless integration into existing reporting cycles.
- Process Automation & Data Management – Contribute to internal automation projects and develop efficient data handling processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise Regulatory Compliance – Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure our reporting framework remains fully aligned.
- Error Resolution & Controls – Proactively identify, correct, and prevent errors in reporting; design and implement robust control mechanisms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to ensure all regulatory obligations are met and well-documented.
Our Requirements & Skillset:
- University degree – Economics, Mathematics or related.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory, risk, or financial reporting within payments, fintech, or bank/financial services.
- Previous experience in reporting using SQL is huge advantage.
- Strong understanding of payment services and/or bank industries.
- Knowledge of data modelling using a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Track record of designing controls, implementing automation, and improving reporting processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear, precise documentation and communication.
