We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, responsible, and motivated professional for the position Card Operations Expert – Acquiring. In this role you will drive efficient and compliant payment acquiring by applying deep Visa/Mastercard knowledge, technical integration skills, and awareness of digital payment trends.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert during integration of new Acquiring Partners with Paynetics
- Acting as a Second Level escalation point for major issues with existing Acquiring Partners and Service Providers
- Support the Company’s product growth initiatives and expansion to new markets
- Performing daily operational tasks
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on improving existing products
- Active participation during the implementation of new products and solutions
- Monitor and ensure technical compliance with the Card Schemes
- Leading improvements and optimization on internal processes and procedures
- Streamlining daily operational processes
- Automation of tasks and processes and improving the internal workflow
- Managing technical implementation projects with the Card Schemes
- Deep diving into technical specifications about transaction messages and encryption of the end-to-end authorization cycle with the Schemes
- Deep diving into Payment Processor’s financial transaction message protocols
Our Requirements & Skillset:
- University Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience in the Payment industry and Card Scheme relations
- Understanding of the Fintech ecosystem
- Understanding of Card Payments’ flows and technical elements
- Eagerness to learn & develop new skills
- Positive attitude & resilience
- Analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
