We are expanding and we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of Risk Assessment Specialist. In this role you will assess and evaluate acquiring merchants’ applications to determine the level of risk involved and feasibility for approval.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and evaluate e-commerce merchant applications
- Investigate client’s business, online presence and reputation
- Evaluate business models and propose criteria and underwriting flow for new verticals
- Onboard websites screening
- Collect KYC documents and check against Paynetics Merchants Acceptance policy
- Maintain internal register of applying merchants
Our Requirements & Skillset:
- University degree
- 1+ years of experience in the field of card acceptance business
- Knowledge of KYC/AML Rules & Regulations
- Good understanding of advanced Internet technologies, the online presence and virtual identity
- Legal background is considered an advantage
- Good decision-making, analytical and logical skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good command of English – written and spoken.
