QA Lead

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the first automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Lead to join our team in Sofia.

What you’ll do

• Plan, coordinate, manage and control the activities and processes in the QA team
• Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, load/performance
• Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases
• Create and update new and current internal policies and procedures.
• Communicate new policies and procedures to the team and implement workflow
• Maintain quality and production standards for the team as defined by business
• Participate in the decision-making process
• Participate in the optimization and automation of internal workflows
• Communicate with internal teams and customers on various matters
• Support team with learning, understanding and increase automation framework knowledge
• Support team members in their professional growth and challenge them to exceed expectations

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience as QA Lead
• Excellent understanding of Rest APIs
• Leadership and people management skills
• Decision-making, analytical and logical skills
• Good organizational and prioritizing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
