Onboarding Project Coordinator

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are looking for a highly motivated Onboarding Project Coordinator to join our team. As product and industry experts, our Project Managers are strategic assets to our merchants. They focus first and foremost on understanding the unique needs of a merchant and delivering insight and solutions that meet those needs. As such, they accept end-to-end ownership of the success and satisfaction of the merchants in their care.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate client projects, ensuring clients are onboarded on time with the best possible client experience;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation;
  • Develop and maintain project scope and project schedule, keep track of the project progress, prepare regular project status reports, organize and lead project related meetings (internal/external kick-off, status meetings, sync meetings, etc.);
  • Ensure all relevant administrative documents are signed/completed, present and sound at all time;
  • Ensure smooth transition from the implementation phase to go-live/business as usual;

What we expect you to bring

  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders, both inside and outside Paynetics;
  • Able to engage in and navigate business discussions as well as high level technical discussions internally and with customers;
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain neat project documentation;
  • Experience in project management (payment industry knowledge will be considered as a strong advantage);
  • Experience with software and collaboration tools as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint;
  • Fluent English – written and spoken.
