We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager
with a solution-oriented sales approach and experience generating sales and managing
partnerships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic
client relationships. Upon proven success, he/she will be able to build and manage a sales
team.
On the acquiring side, our clients are mostly PSPs, ISO and PFs, but large individual
merchants may also be served. We are looking to develop a balanced portfolio of clients and
are able to underwrite high risk merchants as well.
On the issuing side we work with program managers for larger card issuance projects. We
are looking to develop a balanced portofio of clients whilst remaining at the forefront of
developments in the industry, including the cryptoworld.
Key responsibilities and activities include:
- Quickly develop a portfolio of clients, preferably with whom the candidate has
worked in the past
- Attract new portfolio of clients, leading contractual negotiations, implementation,
development, performance and retention
- Upon proven track record in attracting and retaining clients, build and manage a team
of junior sales people, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maximize revenue opportunities by building a deep client relationship and by being
accountable for creating and delivering strategic and tactical account plan initiatives
- Cooperate with internal project teams to optimise the sales process from first
customer contact and working closely with Operations and Underwriting teams to
assure service levels and deliver service solutions
Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to be goal-oriented, able to work independently and
demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm. We would expect the candidate to:
- Have a strong sales background with an auditable track in attracting and working
with target clients
- Preferably have a portfolio of clients who would be interested to use the services
provided by Paynetics in the short terms (3-5 months)
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, business environment and
industry dynamics
- Be able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing) and build and maintain
collaborative relationships with people at all levels across an organisation
- Have experience in selling complex solutions to senior executives across mid to largesized organisations
- Possess a flexible and adaptable attitude in order to be able to work on different
projects simultaneously, and respond quickly to changing priorities
