We are expanding and are looking for a responsible and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Chargebacks Specialist. In this role you will work cross functionally to protect merchants’ chargeback rates and increase their sales potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Review chargebacks and communicate their resolution with merchants and internal partners on all stages of the dispute
  • Handle chargebacks on all stages for both card schemes and ensure positive outcomes
  • Ensure all SLAs are achieved with little or no supervision
  • Lead external communication with acquiring partners to ensure all industry regulations are delivered in the chargeback responses
  • Collaborating with Visa/MasterCard Dispute Resolution Centers and the processor’s systems
  • Lead internal checks on processes of chargebacks

Our Requirements & Skillset:

  • University degree (Economics, Mathematics or related)
  • Work experience in a similar role at least 1 year
  • Analytical thinker, with knowledge of the card business
  • Critical eye on the details
  • Knowledge of the card schemes Dispute Rules & Regulations
  • Knowledge of the domestic rules governing Dispute Management
  • Operational skills, fast reaction, accuracy and responsibility in work performance
  • Team player, result-oriented
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
