We are expanding and we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of Accounting Export Specialist. This position is a senior role which aims to replace the external operational accountant in Paynetics AD and Paynetics UK with an in-house one. The main responsibilities are related to ensuring better optimization of the daily tasks and better communication with all internal clients and a decrease in the total errors made due to missing direct control.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and execute accounting data exports from Core-banking and Backoffice systems to internal accounting software
- Validate and reconcile exported data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor automated export processes and troubleshoot errors or discrepancies
- Coordinate with the finance and IT teams to optimize export workflows
- Maintain documentation of export procedures and data mapping
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with accurate export data
Our Requirements & Skillset:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting operations or financial data management
- Previous experience with banking data exports, reconciliation, or financial integrations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally) and banking portals
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and data accuracy controls
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Excel is a must
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data volumes
- SQL skills will be considered as an advantage
- Good English both speaking and writing would be considered as advantage
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
